Khopra Ridge Trek is a new trekking destination in Annapurna region. Furthermore, this a short trek which is gaining popularity in no time. Falling south of the Great Himalayan trail, Khopra Ridge is in the subtropical region. This region experiences 4 seasons. Alike the other trails in the Annapurna region, this trek as well is inhabited entirely. Furthermore, fun loving communities who are hospitable are the essence of this trek.

Trekkers who do not like to go with the flow love this trek. However, this trek has its own charm even if it combined with other famed routes like Ghorepani Poon hill. This detour from the regular trail offers spectacular and better views of peaks. Until now, only handful of adventurous trekkers of ours have embarked on this trail. Due to recent development of teahouses this trek has been attracting a lot of trekkers.

Most of the trek is through lush green hills and beautiful forest of Rhododendron and Pine. If spotted, the monkeys playing in their clan in its natural state is captivating. The sunrise and sunset from behind the Annapurna will help you forget everything. What is more interesting than any other in Khopra Ridge trek? It is the privilege of accommodating in community run teahouses. These teahouses contributes part of its profit for school and uplifting the community. The mountain scenery, the contentment of knowing your contribution to the community is priceless.

Why Khopra Ridge Trek?
