Low Camp (Humal)

Famous as low camp, Humal at 3000 meters is plainly a rest area with just couple of houses. Since the route of Mardi Himal is not frequented there is no need of excessive teahouses in the low camp. The reason behind the name despite having a name is from the camps set by trekkers before opening of the teahouses. The 2 teahouses are very basic, nevertheless, one of the two lodges has better facilities. The views of peaks Annapurna III and Mardi is beautiful but Machhapuchhre dominates all. The yellow orchid blossoms of the springs covers the entire knoll of Low Camp.
